Bahawalpur, Peshawar, Gujrat, AJK and Lahore won on Day 4 NBP T20 Trophy

Islamabad Vs Bahawalpur:  (Venue: Dring Stadium Ground No.1 Bahawalpur)

Bahawalpur opted to bowl first after winning the toss.  Islamabad were bowled out on 115 runs in last over of their innings. Muhammad Arsalan was their top scorer with 16 runs. Sajid Nawaz, Muhammad Ayyaz took 2 wickets each.

Bahawalpur, in reply chased the target for the loss of 2 wickets in 11.2 overs.  Muhmmad Afzal and Muhammad Zafar made 33 and 26 runs respectively. 

Result: Bahawalpur won by 8 wickets                 Man of the Match: Sajid Nawaz

Abbottabad Vs Peshawar (Venue: IUB Cricket Ground, Bahawalpur)

Abbottabad won the toss and elected to bat first.  Abbottabad made 88 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Riasat Khan was their leading runs scorer with 26  runs. Rahid Ullah took 2 wickets.

In reply, Peshawar reached the target in 9.3 overs without losing a wicket. Haroon Khan and Mohsin Khan made 45 and 33 runs respectively.  

Result: Peshawar won by 10 wickets             Man of the Match: Mohsin Khan

Faisalabad Vs Gujranwala: (Venue: New Lodhran Sports Stadium)

Gujranwala won the toss and elected to field first. Faisalabad made 71 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 15 overs. Amish Murtaza made 16 runs.  Muhammad Waqas and Muhammad Akram took 2 wickets each.

In reply, Gujranwala reached home in 7.4 overs for the loss of 2 wickets. Israr Hassan and Muhammad Akram made 24 and 21 runs respectively.

Result: Gujranwala won by8 wickets       Man of the Match:  Muhammad Akram

Afternoon Matches

AJK Vs Karachi: (Venue: Dring Stadium Ground No.1 Bahawalpur)

Karachi won the toss and elected to field first.  AJK posted 214 runs on the board for the loss of 7 wickets in allotted 20 overs. Nisar Ali shined with the bat; he made 127 runs off 72 balls. Tariq Samuel took 2 wickets.

In reply, Karachi made 179 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Shahzad Iqbal made 47 runs. Nisar Ali took 2 wickets while M. Idrees Saleem, Muhammad Jamil and Zain Ul Abideen claimed a wicket a piece.

Result:  AJK won by 35 runs                Man of the Match: Nisar Ali

Lahore Vs Okara : (Venue: IUB Cricket Ground, Bahawalpur)

Lahore won the toss and decided to bat first. Lahore made 210 runs for the loss of 1 wicket in stipulated 20 overs. Matiullah made 86 runs while Amir Ishfaq chipped in with 76 runs. 

In reply, Okara fought well but eventually fell 14 runs short of the target. Okara made 196 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in stipulated 20 overs.   Badar Munir made 91 runs. Mati Ullah claimed 1 wicket.

Result: Lahore won by 14 runs                 Man of the Match: Mati Ullah
