Pakistan set World Record 563 runs in ODI’s, India and Sri Lanka also won their matches

At MCC Ground Ajman, Pakistan created another history in the cricket of the Blind by scoring the highest total of 563 runs in International One-day International games. Pakistan scored these runs vs the daunting bowling attack of Australia, Pakistan bettered its record of highest total, the previous best was 517, which Pakistan scored Vs the South Africa at Sahara Park Newlands Cape Town in December 2010.
Earlier in the day, Pakistan decided to bat 1st after winning the toss. Ausies got the early breakthrough when Matiullah was bowled after scoring 4 runs. Thereafter, Amir Ishfaq and Sana Ullah added 300 runs for the 2nd wicket partnership. Sana Ullah got out after scoring 143 runs off 69 balls.
Amir Ishfaq kept dominating from the other end, he scored elegant double century (the first in this World Cup), he got retired after scoring 208 runs off 95 balls. Haroon Khan was also amongst the runs, he made brisk 105 runs off 58 balls. Pakistan scored 563 runs for the loss of 4 wickets. Lindsay Heaves took 1 wicket.
Australia in reply were bowled out on 169 runs in 31.5 overs. Stephen Palmer’s 71 were the only notable score for his side. Haroon Khan took 2 wickets for 24 runs.

India Vs Nepal
At Eden Garden Ajman. Nepal won the toss and elected to bat first. Nepal were bowled out 156 runs in 37.5 overs. Baharat Thappa was the main scorer for Nepal. He made 35 runs. Parkash claimed 2 wickets for 22 runs.
In reply, India chased the target of 157 runs in 15 overs for the loss of 2 wickets. Anil Gharia scored 54 runs off 29 balls. Mahindra scored 40 runs. Baharat Thappa and Suriya claimed a wicket a piece.

Bangladesh Vs Sri Lanka
Bangladesh made 291 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in allotted 40 overs. Abdul Malik was the top scorer, he made 111 runs.
Sri Lanka chased the target with ease for the loss of 5 wickets. K.A.Silva made another century of the event, he remained unbeaten on 118 runs.
