The Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) and the Punjab Sports Board held a high-level meeting yesterday at the office of the Secretary, Sports Board Punjab, to finalize the handover of Pakistan’s first-ever dedicated Cricket Stadium for the Blind.
The PBCC delegation, comprising Syed Sultan Shah (Chairman PBCC) and Dr. Anwar Ali Sial (Director Finance PBCC), met with Punjab Sports Board officials Mr. Muzaffar Khan Sial (Secretary Sports Board Punjab) and Mr. Khizer Afzaal Choudhary (Director General, Sports Board Punjab).
The meeting focused on finalizing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), outlining the Terms of Reference (ToRs) for the stadium’s operational framework and maintenance responsibilities. The Secretary, Sports Board Punjab, formally agreed to the MoU, granting PBCC possession, administrative control, and responsibility for the utilization and maintenance of the stadium.
The meeting concluded on a highly positive note, with consensus reached on the transfer framework, paving the way for the official handover in the near future.
